Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a martial art and a combat sport that originated from the famous Gracie family in Brazil, as such, it is often called Gracie Jiu Jitsu. As a sport, the main objective of a Jiu Jisu fighter is to force his opponent to give up (called a submission or a tap-out) by using joint locks or chokes, a fighter can also win by points, the point system is designed to reward the most dominant fighter. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is revered as one of the most effective martial arts in the world.

Muay Thai
Muay Thai or Thai Boxing, is one of the most widely respected forms of stand up fighting (also known as “striking”) in the world. Unlike in boxing, Muay Thai fighters can make full use of punches, elbows, kicks, knees and clinch work to neutralise their opponents. As well as a very effective fighting style Muay Thai is a lot of fun and a tremendous work-out.

Boxing
The UK is rich in Boxing history and pedigree. One of the oldest recognized forms of combat, boxing is the refined art striking with the fists.
Boxing serves as a great sport to reach all kinds of personal goals; whether its for fitness, self defense, competition or simply being a fan of “the sweet science”.

No Gi
No Gi is the practice of BJJ without wearing the kimono (Gi). It is the fastest growing form of grappling in the world, with the ADCC ruleset becoming the most dominant format for No Gi competition.
It is fast paced and has a large emphasis on wrestling and submissions.

MMA
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is the fastest growing sport in the world. It is a combination of all fighting styles with the most dominant forms being Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Wrestling and Boxing.
Today, the most recognisable MMA organisation is the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship), which is regarded as the highest accolade in combat, along with the Olympic games.

One of the oldest sports in the world, Wrestling is the art of taking down and pinning your opponent. Not only an Olympic sport, Wrestling is widely regarded as the most valuable base for mixed Martial Arts.

Yoga
The beauty of yoga is that you don’t have to be a yogi or yogini to reap the benefits. Whether you are young or old, yoga has the power to calm the mind and strengthen the body.
At Fightzone, we practice Vinyasa yoga. Vinyasa is an approach to yoga in which you move from one pose directly into the next. There's a flow to a Vinyasa yoga session.

Fightzone London kids martial arts classes are perfect for young practitioners to develop integrity, disciplince, humility and maturity. Students will make friends, build confidence and stay fit with BJJ, Boxing and Muay Thai!

Womens Only
All classes at Fightzone London are open to everyone, regardless of experience. We also recognize that some may feel more comfortable in different environments. For those who prefer, our women-only classes, led by female coaches, are available for all skill levels.

Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on strengthening and lengthening the muscles, improving flexibility, and enhancing body awareness and control.
