Cancellations
Memberships at Fightzone London operate with a direct debit. There are no long commitments, all we require is one month’s notice on cancellations, submitted via email. Simple!
Membership Freeze Policy
We understand that life gets busy — whether it’s work, travel, or just a needed break from training. That’s why all members at Fightzone London are entitled to 1 membership freeze per year.
What’s included:
1 calendar month freeze per membership year (Jan–Dec)
No payment is taken during the freeze period
Keep your current membership rate
No rejoining fees when you return
Membership automatically resumes the following month
Must be requested at least 7 days in advance
Freezes apply to full calendar months only (not weeks or partial months)
Important Notes:
Your freeze does not replace or count towards your 1-month cancellation notice. If you choose to cancel, you’ll still need to give the standard 1 month of paid notice after any freeze period.
This freeze is designed to give flexibility — not as a workaround to avoid the cancellation notice.
