No decisions. No losers. Just rounds. This is a friendly, high-intensity sparring event. It is designed purely as a gateway into amateur competition, or simply a fun, supportive environment to push your limits and gain valuable ring or cage experience against fresh training partners.

    • 6–8oz MMA gloves

    • Shin pads

    • Gumshield

    • Groin guard

    • Headgear optional

    Rules

    • Punches and kicks to the head of a standing opponent are allowed

    • Knees to the body are allowed

    • Controlled ground and pound is allowed

    • No elbows

    • No knees to the head

    • No spinning attacks

    • No stomping, including oblique kicks

    • No slams to escape submissions

    • No scissor takedowns

    • No suplexes

    • No heel hooks

    • No neck cranks

    • Submission ends the fight

    • A drop ends the fight

    • Unintelligent defence ends the fight

    • All athletes must compete under control at all times

    • The referee may stop the bout at any time in the interest of safety
