Punches and kicks to the head of a standing opponent are allowed
Knees to the body are allowed
Controlled ground and pound is allowed
No elbows

No stomping, including oblique kicks
No slams to escape submissions
No scissor takedowns
No suplexes
No heel hooks
No neck cranks
Submission ends the fight
A drop ends the fight
Unintelligent defence ends the fight
