A natural-born competitor, Bader Khuzai arrived in London in 2021 to finish his Masters' degree in strength and conditioning, where he joined the Fightzone London family. While training here, his good spirits, savvy coaching skills, and deep understanding of jiu-jitsu have proven to be an excellent asset to the squad, so much so that he is now been made a member of our instructors team.
Originally from the Kingdom of Jordan, Bader started his jiu-jitsu training back in 2013, at the age of 18, in the local Team Mirza, one of the most well-respected grappling academies in the Middle East.
Immediately after he began his tuition, Khuzai dove into the local competitive circuit, conquering two sequential national titles. From there he was hooked onto the sporting aspect of grappling and became one of the most active athletes in the Middle East, fighting in a variety of federations and jiu-jitsu rulesets, from the IBJJF, to the AJP, JJIF, and even mixed martial arts (MMA) compiling a wealth of experience that he is now ready to share with our students.
While climbing the belt ranks of the sport, Bader conquered many medals in important tournaments such as the JJIF Asian Games and World Beach Games (IOC approved), the AJP Grand Slam in Abu Dhabi, and several National Pros as well. The good results on the mats were rewarded with Khuzai’s black belt promotion in 2021.
